COMPRESSOR ENDURANCE TEST SYSTEM
Compressor Endurance Test Benches are designed for reliable operation and for continuous duty over long time periods to allow endurance testing of compressors at extreme conditions( Max Load, Min Load & Cycling). Systems can be provided to test one compressor or multiple compressors. Axima Life Endurance Benches are custom built for semi -hermetic, hermetic, rotary or scroll compressor applications. These stands are designed with quick change compressor arrangement. Based on the specific needs of the end user, the Test Benches can be configured to control parameters such as compressor speed, compressor ambient temperature, evaporator heat load, top shell temperature, bottom shell temperature, near OLP and Relay shell temperature, discharge temperature, suction temperature, and all electrical parameter etc. These systems can be provided with semiautomatic controls (PID control loops) with connections to data loggers or with fully automated data acquisition, and control systems and data in proper reports formats.
